Charities we support

We have again chosen to support two charities this year, during 2024.

The local charity is Amber: "We support young adults (aged 18-30) facing complex problems and offer the homeless support to transform their lives by helping them move away from homelessness, out of unemployment and work towards better, brighter and healthier futures." Their website is at https://amberweb.org/

The
international charity we have chosen is Shelter Box: https://shelterbox.org/
"We provide shelter, essential items and technical assistance to help some of the world’s most vulnerable people recover and rebuild their homes after disaster. We listen and adapt our support to the needs of each community, working together with those affected by disaster, alongside our supporters and partners."
